DIY floral design Sunnies
Hello dear bloggers! I am showing you this DIY sunnies I finally made. Previously I've posted an inspiration I found online and here I have my version of it. I thought why buy a new one when I can make it myself. It's really easy and in the meantime you can have fun making it. You can even use old stuffs you have, like old clips with flowers, beads, armbands etc. Let's be creative and let's rock this customized sunnies in this spring and summer season. So here's the final result.
Tell me what you think...
kisses from Belgium :)

Knee-length shorts
Happy first of May!!! These means spring is in full bloom and summer is just around the corner. From time to time, the weather here in Belgium could be warm and pretty, although sometimes it's rainy. Today was such a nice weather to enjoy the outdoors.
In this post I am wearing a denim knee-length shorts. This day is just a casual day and this is as casual as it gets, a t-shirt, a short and a pair of moccasins. Denims will always be a comfy outfit for me and it's always gonna be a good trend.
Denim shorts: Hollister
t-shirt: Lola & Lisa
sunnies: Rayban
Bag: from a Belgian designer Laurent David
moccasin: SM Philippines
at the famous Graslei in Ghent, Belgium
Here are some inspirations from the runway on how to rock a knee-length shorts!

Pencil
This shoot was on my birthday on our way to have dinner at a Japanese restaurant which I featured in the previous blogpost. We stopped at some park and this photo shoot was done. It was a fine day with such good weather and thus my outfit is without a blazer :)
I love this pencil skirt I bought from H&M last December. But it has been sitting in my closet for some time and I don't know why I didn't wear it. It is actually very feminine, and it is kind of stretchy and I like how it hugs with my figure. Not that I'm vuluptious or so but it makes me more womanly :) We'll I've always been a fan of pencil cut skirts and dresses.
Let me talk about the lovely lacey top I am wearing here. It's kind of vintage so to speak and it's made in Korea and it was given to me by a friend of mine. It's also been sitting in my closet for so long that I even didn't remember I had it. Now I found these two pieces match perfectly making a sort of a peplum dress.
I matched it with a studded stilettos from Zara and my studded handbag from Esprit.

Durbuy Weekend Escapade
Last weekend my husband and I together with 6 of our close friends went off to Durbuy, Belgium for a weekend of adventure, fun, and relaxation. Durbuy is often described as the smallest city (sometimes town) in the world and it is located at the French speaking part of Belgium. The feel of the countryside is amazing especially with the beautiful warm weather. We did kayaking, we visited the caves of Hotton which is around 5 or 6 km long and 70 metres deep. We went strolling around the city of Durbuy which is only a few km away from the chateau we stayed in at Weris. We did sauna, we had barbecue, played table tennis and enjoyed the company of great friends. There was also a lot of food and drinks (some photos are here). It was a good experience and a nice trip away from the city.
